Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30‑day return policy. You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In the same condition as received

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, email aurorasilversmith@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address privately along with instructions. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue.

Non‑returnable items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalised jewellery

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale items

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days for unworn items in original condition. The fastest method is to return the item and place a new order once the return is approved.

EU 14‑day cooling‑off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
